04 · Domain and hosting

The free first year covers one new .si domain and standard hosting for the site we build; other domain extensions and special requirements are charged according to the provider's price list. After the first year the cost is paid directly to the chosen provider and is not part of the price of our services. We confirm the free first year in the written quote.

05 · Care after launch

Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Larger upgrades and new functionality are quoted separately. See what each plan includes under Hosting and care.

What does the basic search engine preparation include?

We set up a sensible heading and content structure, page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap, indexability and basic structured data where it makes sense. The content and technical structure are prepared so that both traditional search engines and modern AI search tools understand them more easily.

The service does not include extensive keyword research, a long-term SEO strategy, article writing, link building, guaranteed rankings or monthly performance monitoring.

What does the basic analytics setup include?

Basic analytics includes setting up Google Analytics 4 and tracking key actions such as a form submission, a click on a phone number or a click on an email address.

Monthly reporting, advanced dashboards, advertising tracking and ongoing optimisation are not included.

A fixed quote before we start. No surprises. After an introductory conversation you receive a written quote with a precise scope, timeline and final price. The price does not change during the project unless we agree on additional requirements together.

Online stores are quoted based on the number of products, payment methods, delivery and integrations. Web applications, portals and other custom solutions are quoted after an introductory conversation.

All prices for our services are listed in euros and are final. VAT exempt under paragraph 1 of Article 94.k of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1). Domains, licences and other third-party services are not included in the price unless explicitly stated for an individual item. The free first year covers one new .si domain and standard hosting and is confirmed in the written quote. Work outside the agreed scope: €75 per hour.
