The Quick start package (one page with one clear goal) costs €790, a business website €1,390, a product site €2,390. Each package has a clearly defined scope and a fixed starting price. Extra subpages, copy, an online store and other services are added in the configurator on the packages page; online stores and custom solutions are quoted after an introductory conversation.

Before we start, we confirm the final scope, timeline and price in writing. It does not change during the project. If the scope grows later, you approve that first.

SEO (search engine optimisation) means people find you when they type what you offer into Google, “carpenter Ljubljana”, say, or “accountant for sole traders”.

For that to happen, the site has to be fast, correctly structured and written so it answers questions clearly. We build that technical groundwork into every project: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, structured data, internal links and image descriptions.

Growth after that (new content, articles, keyword tracking) is not something we offer; that stays with you or a specialised provider. Nobody can guarantee a first-place ranking and we do not promise one. Anyone who does is selling something else.

More and more people no longer search only on Google. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI overview “Who builds websites in Ljubljana?” and get an answer with three names instead of ten links.

GEO (generative engine optimisation) means your site is written and marked up so those systems understand it and can cite it.

There are no secret tricks here. In May 2026 Google stated plainly that special files, tags or “AI optimisation” are not needed. The same things work as in classic SEO. It is just less forgiving: a clear structure, content that answers questions directly, real information about services and prices on the page itself, and access for crawlers. That is what we build into every project, this page included.

We cannot guarantee citations in AI answers. We can make sure there is no technical reason not to cite you.

Yes. We take care of domain registration, DNS, hosting, SSL, launch and uptime monitoring, so you never have to talk to three providers.

The domain is always registered in your name. It stays yours even if we stop working together. The domain and hosting are separate from the price of our services and come to roughly €40–120 per year, paid directly to the provider. If you choose a care plan, managed hosting is included and the domain costs roughly €15–30 per year. Currently we cover one new .si domain and standard hosting for the first year.

Quick start usually takes 7–10 working days. A business website 2–3 weeks. A product site 3–4 weeks. For online stores and custom solutions, the timeline is set in the quote.

The timeline depends on you as well: what delays projects most often is waiting for copy, photographs and feedback. So the quote states what we need from you, and by when.

You do. Once everything is settled, you receive the rights to the finished site and your content, the code, the domain and all access details. Nothing is locked up with us.

Generic development components and third-party licences stay under their own licence terms; that is standard and does not limit how you use your site.

Yes, when the project includes a CMS. Before we build, we agree which content you want to edit yourselves and which stays part of a stable template, so the layout stays intact.

Handover and a short training session are included in the price.

Yes. First we check whether rebuilding on the existing technology makes sense, or whether it is safer and cheaper to set up something new.

Either way we keep what has value: useful content, search engine standing, the domain and existing page addresses. Old links get redirected so you do not lose the traffic you have built up over the years.

Yes. The basic content structure and message hierarchy are part of every project. Editing your existing copy (€60 per subpage) or writing new copy (€95 per subpage) can be added in the configurator on the packages page.

Translation, photography and illustration can go into the quote or be coordinated with a chosen specialist. Those are separate line items and are always listed as such.

Smaller projects in two parts: half at the start, half before launch. Larger ones in phases: at the start, after the design is approved and before launch.

The exact schedule is always stated in the quote. Domains, licences and paid third-party services are settled before purchase.

You can stop the project at any time. We charge only for the work done up to that point; if that is less than what you have already paid, we refund the difference. This arrangement is written into the quote you confirm before we start.

If the project stalls on your side, for example while waiting for content or feedback, we pause it and continue when you are ready. Consumers also keep all rights under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

Only if it tracks visitors. A site as we build it by default works without cookies and without third-party tools, so it needs no banner; vektor.si itself works the same way.

If you later add analytics, embedded videos or similar tools, the law requires asking visitors for consent before tracking starts. With such an upgrade we set up the banner and the settings properly.

Basic company information, your logo, and copy and photography if you have them. With the Quick start package you provide the finished copy and photos; with the larger packages content preparation can be added as a service.
